Somer is a licensed real estate executive broker with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Her love for real estate began when she started working for a local civil engineering company. This provided her with a greater knowledge and understanding in both commercial and residential development. Equipped with this experience, she then sought out a career in commercial real estate providing her invaluable knowledge in the industry and the capability to facilitate in over $100,000,000 in commercial sales and leases. During her career in commercial real estate, at the age of 29, Somer was honored with the 40 Under 40 designation. This annual nomination honors 40 individuals under the age of 40 as best in class by their peers in all industries.
Her career evolved into the residential side of real estate when her love and passion for helping families find the perfect home and achieve their personal real estate goals created a true purpose. Somer’s career has allowed her to facilitate over $375,000,000 in residential sales and counting. Somer has been recognized as one of the Top 10 Real Estate Agents in the entire state of Arkansas, ranked as the #4 top producing residential real estate agent in all of NWA, and has been honored with the highest award by the NWA Board of Realtors in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 2024, and 2025 for achieving the highest tier of sales volume in all of NWA!
